As you are new to the UK and haven’t experienced winter here, you’ll find that placing furniture in front of the radiator will block the heat from it and will not heat up the room! You will feel the cold a lot more.. Just a little tip for you😊😊

1) you can buy one box/can of paint and paint the wall yourself. It's. Easy and you won't have to scrub the dirty wall 2) u can change the tap of the wash basin or ask your owner to contribute 50-50 and change the basin itself. In winter your hands will freeze badly

You can get this on Amazon as jet spray for toilet you can do it by yourself also but we got it done by plumber.. I live in the US…
