Taormina is not hilly in the main town. The Corso Umberto is flat (main road). I did flats there but you could probably do a small heel for dinner if you wanted to. However, if you have to walk up or down from the beach area it’s a lot of stairs (there is a cable car though), as is when you go see the ancient theatre. I did a ton of videos on my channel of my trip there if you want to see more of the vibe! Have so much fun!
