How I package my orders & How to avoid Breakages

Hey my lovelies, In this video I am showing you how I package up my orders to ensure no breakages occur in transit. .
This video was a request by two of you lovelies and I was so happy to show you how I package up my orders for Etsy and Custom orders that come in.
Small business packaging is big business ! I still have a long way to go before I can match some incredible small businesses out here.
Please know that this is my way of packaging. Everyone will do it differently. I am not yet at the 'fancy packaging stage' some companies out here have the most stunning packaging and this is something I aspire to provide. One day.
I am also sharing with you the best way to ensure your Jesmonite does not break in the post. One thing I didn't mention, is that I won't post Jesmonite items until they are 48 hours cured. Minimum. Similar to Epoxy Resin.

@@liviamoon glad you found it helpful ... I dont charge shipping in the UK ..but if someone wanted something in another country then yes ... I charge shipping and ask which one they would like. .. I dont' do any tracked post. Its way more expensive and doesn't work well here. You can pay for 24 hour track and sign. It takes 5 days. So I don't x

The subtitles changed the j in jesmonite to d. Desmonite. Also, paper packing tape is quite cheap these days. And you don’t need to get the messy wet-to-make-sticky one either.

I absolutely love your videos! I have been trying to source Jesmonite for a long time now. The next shipment is due to arrive in Australia sometime in the next couple of months. However, after my initial excitement finding this out, I sadly realized that the shipment cost to where I live makes it way too expensive for me to use (with the prospective to eventually retail the products I make). I would truly love and appreciate if you could make some more videos using alternative mediums, please. Maybe trying different "recipes" of gypsum and polymer to see what works and what doesn't (possibly using something that we can find in Australia too lol). Thanks for the great videos you make x

I used to work at the Swedish postal service and a lot of the customers could have used these tips! Ona a side note: my favourite Fimo vendor used to use pizzaboxes for her deliveries, untill her supplier decided it wasn't worth it to sell those to small businesses...

ahhhh Mizz .. you just reminded me to let you know I still do get paid from people who have the premium NO ADS service ! that was you wanst it ? lol x I just happened to see it yesterday ... The Pizza boxes are perfect for the plates but I need to use 2 boxes at a time as they are thin .. and I glue them together so that you cannot see "pizza" written on the box haaaaaaa
