Hey, for my online business I use the roller printer as well. For me when my printer is skipping labels, try cleaning the laser strip with a microfiber towel. It always works for me and it’s usually a laser dust error. Hopefully this helps :)

Please help with this question. After you print your shipping labels and go to the post office, what is the process? Do you just drop them off and go? Or do you have to stand in line and wait for them to be scanned and all that stuff? Want to know what's the process when you go to the post office with pre-bought labels.

You can do either or. You can drop them off in the box, or wait in line. The only benefit to waiting in line instead, is to ensure your package gets scanned into the system same day. Sometimes the drop boxes don’t get touched for days, which can delay shipping times for your customers.

I take them to the post office to be scanned into the system and shipped off. 😄 You can take them to the mailbox and drop them off but mailboxes have collection dates which could slow down the shipping times for your customers.
