Paints (Liquitex Basics): Titanium white, neutral gray number 5, Mars black, lime green, napthol crimson (Arteza) silver, (Pēbēo) iridescent rich precious gold (silver acrylic paint pen).
GAC 500 (Golden Artist Colors)
Brushes: 1” tip flat/wash, number 8 angle shader, small detail, small comb

James 1 says " count it al joy when you fall into various trial, knowing that the testing of faith produces patience. But let patience have it's perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, and lacking nothing ". V 2 -4. It's recognising trials for what they are that help us keep humble, and turning to our Lord with praise and thanks giving. This goes to strengthen our character, and increase our bond with Father at the same time. It's all sweet talk, I know, and extremely hard to do when we being human beings born into, can still have our history's hanging on, and never quite letting us go completely, I'm talking about stubborn pride, that tends to lurk hidden in the backs of our minds, only to have a say when we are at a low ebb, weak of will, down trodden by circumstances. Yeah, it's experience speaking to you at the moment. But "having done all to stand. Stand. Stand therefor having girded your waist with the truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench the fiery darts of the enemy. And take up helm of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God ; praying always with prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints". Eph 6 6 - 13. That doesn't mean you've fallen short, or even that I think you have, this an expression of love to a fellow servant of Christ with the sole aim of encouraging you. Oh, BTW, Love the painting, and the all important voice over, without which, I for one would be at a great loss. Thank you sister. God bless you.

WOWWWWW, thank you soooooo much for the heavenly reminders, it’s so hard to pick the right verse because all of them speak so clearly so thank you for listening to what was on my heart. It’s never easy just talking about it on the spot and then later wish I would’ve added this or said that. I know God will bring anyone who needs to hear His Word to my videos and by His power it will make sense to them because I’m no pastor lol! Just someone who wants to share the gospel as best as I can. And you’re right, we all fall short, myself included day after day, pride included. But I love that I can go to Jesus with a repenting heart that allows me to have a clean slate and to try and be better and live more by His example and not my own. I’m glad you enjoyed the video! You should credit the people who did the original tutorial. I noticed that you copy other people’s tutorials and then present them as your own, that’s not cool at all. At the very least, credit the original creator.

Hi, thanks for reaching out, I will try and address both your comments in this reply...so for this one, I'm not sure if you actually watched my video, but in the intro, I gave reference where this picture came from. This was actually from the movie poster when it was advertised of its release. So what you're seeing from other people doing, is actually very likely them copying the same thing which is not a painting, it's a movie poster and I even provided the actual movie poster in my intro so that people would see that it's not me trying to present this as if it were my own idea. I wasn't sure who came up with the concept so I had mentioned whoever made this poster for this movie, this is where I got it from and that all I wanted to do is to have fun painting it, and to show anyone who's interested my process. So hopefully I've covered that concern. Then for the Art Sherpa, back when I started my channel over 2 years ago, I didn't know who she was, I just saw that image on Pinterest and thought, I'll do the same, just show others how I painted it, which may or not be similar to her video, again, I didn't see her video, nor do I watch them. However, being so new on KZbin at the time, I had NO proper etiquette and so yeah, that can totally look it was my own idea when it wasn't. It wasn't until right after I uploaded it, did I find out where it came from. So no, I didn't watch her video, I simply saw a random Halloween picture at the time (because it was around Halloween that I wanted to do a Halloween picture) and went from there and then uploaded my finished product. So it was then that I also realized, being new on YT, that I can't go back and make edits, like once it's uploaded--it's uploaded. So I put in the description of who's original idea it came from, hoping anyone that was thinking the same, would at least look to see if I did give original artists credit instead of assuming I wanted all the credit just by looking at the thumbnail of my painting or perhaps read other comments that have asked the same thing. What's funny is this picture now, totally does not represent where my faith stands, again, another great question from another viewer and had also explained where my thought process was, etc. So I'm not barking back at you, this is a fair question, but I'm also hoping that before you express or assume things, that you would please research things or watch to see if there's any explanation before you think that I would be so inconsiderate of other people. Looking back at it, that was inconsiderate of me to just "copy a picture," and again, I wish I could go back in and say where, but then again, would people actually click on my video and watch or would they just assume and write (fair) comments of concern. Often times I've thought to just take this video down, but honestly, the only reason I don't, is if they subscribe, then hopefully the new video they watch, they'll see that I share the Gospel. THAT'S really all I care about mostly. Don't get me wrong, I love painting and uploading videos, but many people don't know our Savior, and so you never know, it could be just one person who takes notice about the importance of our faith, but at least I was able to reach one person. So if I wasn't someone who wants to reach more people and come to know Jesus more, I would have taken this video down looooooong ago. So hopefully I've helped better explain your understandable concerns. Thank you again for reaching out, I hope I was able to provide some better explanation and understanding to your concerns.
