@@joshbrue573 kind of I hit a road block. I am a new platnium member with khris. I was going through the pre-qualification process for a loan and got denied because of my work history. I am still in the same carrer, but just switched from a w2 tax filler to a 1099 tax filler as of 2019. So even though I have been in the same career for 5 years I got denied. I am now in the process of asking family to help lend there work history to me and essentially I am assuming be a co- signer for the mortgage loan. I really want to buy a home so we are not giving up.

Went through the vetting process of becoming a partner. Said I basically had 115k to invest. Now you'd think being the financial partner and essentially giving Kris fifty grand would be enough of an incentive for him to work with you.. nope you have to pay fifteen thousand, oh wait, 14977 (deception) to work with him. I'm sorry man but there is no defending this. This is a poor program. I expected better and am disappointed.

Is that 15k a lifetime flat fee to partner up on all deals or is it yearly fee? Or is it 15k for one deal?

@@kriskris5989 you partner with him. Then he garuntees it will pay 25 percent returns, but you only get half of that. Once you partner with him he gets ownership of half of your investment so why should you have to pay a fee to get him to do that?
