Hello Qalab, I think I might be a little late in answering your question. But if you want to get jobs in countries like UK or EU then instead of CA or ACCA try ICAEW ACA if you can afford that and has like good grasp on the english language. Otherwise you can start with CA and after getting in the qualification you will be able to analyse/decide what you want to do better. ACCA is also a good option but I will make it clear for you that ACCA does not guarantee job in UK or Europe. Experience related to geographical location matters. I would also like to add something, because of continuous advancement in AI, change in accountancy is happening and now more than making financial statements the requirement for the professionals has come to be in decision making and analysis of financial data. So CIMA or CMA are also good options. And I see them to be more lucrative in the future. But of course this change might take approximately a decade to happen.

​@@eymun930 So here it is, CMA is a management course. It is like a field of business studies among many others. You basically have CA(Chartered Accountants) Where you study all kinds of fields in business from financial accounting to management accounting. ACCA is also a kind of CA, it is just an international organization so if you do ACCA in Pakistan or England you will be studying almost the same syllabus (Except for some papers which you shouldn't care about at the moment as you can study them even in Pakistan). So job market for ACCA is all around the world from England to UAE as compared to CA from ICAP (Pakistani CA) where you might feel difficulties or will have to pass the CA of that country (But if you have done CA from Pakistan you still can get many exemptions). Then in accountancy, there are many fields like auditor, financial account, management accountant, financial analyst, etc. Now if we move on to CMA. First of all, you need to know that it is an American-based qualification. There is a UK variant of CMA which is known as CIMA. And if you are concerned then America also has its chartered accountancy body which is known as CPA and getting exceptions in it is really difficult, like if you have done ACCA then you just need to take max 3 exams in ICAEW (England's CA body) and some experience and you will become member of ICAEW. But for CPA of America, I am not familiar with any exemptions regarding it. So back to the point CMA mostly deals in management accounting so the roles you will get in the future will also mostly be related to it but you can get roles in other fields too (an example would be that after CIMA you can get full CPA Canada (Canadian CA) exemptions, your career would still mostly be in management accounting but if you try you can get jobs in other fields like consultancy, auditing etc). (Just some side information - AICPA (kind of American CA) and CIMA have formed a strange kind of organisation together which is called Aicpa-CIMA collectively. By doing this they have increased the chances in which they can collaborate and they issue some certificates together and things like that. So if you search for CIMA or AICPA you will find the website of this collective organisation. Just telling you so you don't get confused if you search for CIMA online) . At the end let's just discuss one more field which is Financial Analyst, it might seem familiar to Financial Accounting but it is different. One of the most important qualifications in this field are CFA. It is difficult, like for more candidates much more difficult than CA. So only think about it after completing your CMA or ACCA (ACCA is a UK-based organization). Edit: Yes, one more thing if you have completed all the papers of ACCA you just need to pass the last level of CIMA (Think about it as CMA of England), the name of last level is the strategic level, there will be three exams in it and one case study. CIMA usually has 4 levels (officially 3 but one extra for those who are new to the accountancy field like you). So, there are at least 11 exemptions. My last advice would be that if you ever decide to do CA from ICAP (Pakistani CA body) then think about that carefully before progressing as they are really making the situation difficult for their students. And honestly do not get admission in ICAP, rather that ACCA, CMA, or CIMA are much better. So for your first question, if you are thinking of moving to America (like if you have someone who can sponsor you) then do CMA but if you are more inclined to places out of America then ACCA.
