I would humbly suggest to undertake and adhere to the process of appointment, as envisaged by the Commission post-allocation, with due diligence. You never know that, during or before joining the CSA, you might get promoted into another group, due to unavailability of other allocatees. As far as your teaching is concerned, you can still devote time in educating and enlightening the furure aspirants. Moreover, there's a lot to be done in the Railway Ministry of Pakistan. All in all, congratulations and best wishes for your future endeavours, no matter whatever you opt!

Being a aspirant, I would advise you sincerely that as you said Clearing CSS was dream of your late father...He didn't say you to get allocation in top groups etc,he was just dreaming that you have to clear this exam & has to get post. Okay No matter you worked hard, This was your third attempt , you left Germany & came here to pass this top level exam, But it's worth point for me that at least in 3rd attempt you not just passed it but also got allocation.Therefore if you will not join service this means you are not respecting to your father's dream sorry to say sir...
