Great question! No, using this template does NOT require the paid version of Notion. The free version is more than enough.

I really dislike notion. It’s a solution in search of a problem. No thanks. A regular notebook, or digital notetaking app like the apple notes app works just as well.

It's kinda funny that you said this 😅 It's definitely not an app for everyone. Like I mentioned in the video, it took me 2 years to start using it properly, and when I first installed it, I hated it. But now that I know how to use it, it's been a game changer for productivity and clarity. Also this does not mean I don't still use my paper notebook, because I do! Ever year in January I also print out a 12 month calendar to tack on my office wall because I need that visual reminder as well. Notion just allows me to keep my digital stuff organized - not be a replacement for the physical stuff I have.
