I`m trying to find things to keep my mind occupied to help me not to think about the tragic ending of my relationship. Your video just motivated me to start writing again. You can do it! Setting reasonable goals that allow for life to happen is the best way. I'm the queen of unrealistic goals that stress me into hating what I'm working on (although I'm getting better!) I'm currently at 92k and have three more chapters to go. Should be around 100k before one whole edit and revise, and we'll see where it's at after that.

I'd say I'm 90% pantsing it! The reason I say that is because I've been thinking about the story pretty consistently for years, so have a good idea of where it's going. I just haven't written down any plans, so technically haven't "planned" it. I'd say I'm a pantser though if I had to commit to one thing! And yes I will be sharing plenty of info about the story itself! Probably will share the name soon and more about the plot once I've finished this draft. :)

I was exactly the same! It's only recently that I've been strict with myself by imposing a schedule to finish this book. That's partly why I started making these videos actually, to try and keep myself accountable! So pleased you found the video motivating! :)

I'm currently at 30k words but the procrastination is a big struggle for me. I want to write but find it hard to actually start doing it! I stumbled upon this vid and you have inspired me, I think getting out of the house might help me, I get distracted otherwise :)

Yes procrastination is a big struggle for me too! I wish I had some easy answer for dealing with it - if you find one let me know haha! I definitely think getting out of the house to write can be amazingly helpful - it just shakes my brain into a different gear!
