That's not true, you're great in your own pace. I like to think of it as, "wow they're so amazing at art, they must have practiced hard to get here" and it oddly makes me feel less depressed. I'm sure one day through enough practice you'll get amazing at art, just have patience, that's really what learning art is about, wishing well, sweetheart.

If it helps, what I would recommend is celebrating the little improvements in your art, like taking lesser time to draw the guidelines, or getting the proportions right the first time without having to erase them a hundred times over ( personal experience -_-) or just having a, simple but pretty head when you're finished drawing! It really helps if you celebrate the little things and keep the big picture like this drawing as a milestone to achieve on your way :)
