2021 was the hardest year for me with anxiety, anxious, my mental health even was all mixed and I was literally just so tired, but wishing this year will be the best.

I discovered ur channel with this video that popped up in my home page a couple mins ago lol but you HAVE NO IDEA how much I needed to here those things! I am also a content creator on insta and for some personal reasons I couldn't create content for a month now and I was just stressing myself out so so so much. Here's a tip for anyone that doesn't want to make a New Years resolution, or feels intimidated by major life goals : pick one word to focus on for the year! For example I stopped making resolutions a few years ago, and I made "growth" my focus word for a few years. and whenever I would do something or have a new experience, I'd always reflect on ways it's helped me grow. this has made me a lot more reflective / introspective with myself, and allowed me to reach goals I didn't even know I would accomplish, without the big scary check list. also, this years word for me is creative! I want to be more creative by learning new crafts, coming up with KZbin videos, cooking new foods, etc! I hope this helps someone
