Because this is a side business for me (well, a full-time business ran on part-time hours 😂), my one rule is I don’t wash at night and I don’t wash on weekends. Those are designated for family time. So I don’t do much commercial work. I price commercial work the same price as residential, and rarely get the bid, which is kind of my intention in the first place. I price it high, and if they happen to accept it (which a few have), it’s gonna be at a price that even my family will say “yeah, that makes total sense to go do”. Obviously when this turns full-time for me in the near future, I will adjust that mindset (maybe). But as of now, I’m perfectly content with residential 😎👍🏼

Don't you worry about the chlorine on the windows. We have prewet the windows sprayed with a 12 V and still had problems with streaking

@@srdjannakalamic5856 As long as I keep the windows wet, I’ve never really had a problem. When I do, I downstream some Rinse Aid on the windows. That helps to remove the streaking

@@TheFreshRinse 500 for an hour worth of works is pretty good. We charge between two and three K for an average of four hours of work. Looks like it works out the same. The bucks is in acid washing which is between five and six K. But that’s an all dayer. The acid is usually used on new construction to clean up the cement off the bricks
