Hi Angela, This particular video is extremely intuitive and an incredibly important one as well, because as you said selling or pricing your product to high you only have very few sales, to low you make no money at all and you would be working for free but also you, are in a minus category because of the materials you had to purchase in the first place to make the said product with and sometimes you might break even, with reference to all materials purchased but your in a minus category again when it comes to your time and labour. So doing your own research is absolutely paramount if you not only want to make money, but critical if you want your business to be able to grow and be profitable for the short term and most importantly for the future, Thank you once again for this truly and incredibly thought provoking video.

Angela, thanks for the insight and inspiration. I'm just getting back in the "embroidery" field since before the pandemic. I've been watching your videos and got inspired in applique. I 1st puchased a 1-needle and now I puchased a 4-needle. I'm about to open a pop-up shop in a Flea Market. If all goes well, I hope to advance to a larger site. Thanks again for the guidance. Keep doing what you do. God Bless.

Would you consider receiving a black/white chiild drawn picture, scan and make a shirt or even a pillow cover embroidered with their drawing on it? great keepsake. just thought about it, becuase it's something I'd want to buy. Also, I did have a jewelry piece done this way. Although it's adorbale and never worn, it's already turn a darkish color :( An accent pillow cover woould be so cool. or even if you do this same thing you're doing but on a pillow cover. I have a question ! What and when would we need to use the brilliance I notice a lot in the items ? I have a Viking jade I just bought prier to being motivated by your videos ! My hubby has lost his leg and he is out of work and I have order blanks as much as I could afford and thread and I’m going to order the vinyl and the heat and bond lite ! I am trying to stick to the basics ! Is there any way I could start out smaller on on my ribbon ? Everything else adds up ! We have a flea market by us too so I’m praying I’ll get blessed and be able to sell the tutus and shirts and maybe even make some side items but I grabbed a lot like ten colors of tulle and now I need the ribbon ! I want my what I make to be quality ! And I really wanna buy all the ribbon u have to start but is there a couple colors that would work good at first to get some $ back so I can afford to move up ? I’ve got so many colors and I need this ribbon and I’ve priced and your is very close to the others that is better or not even as good ! But I need to many colors lol by the way ty I am so motivated by you ! And I’ve lost my girl and my mom and now this man stays in the hospital and you motivate me ! I’ve always been a stay at home mom and I really wanna make this work ! Others do !

Angela, what about newbie starters with not a lot of customers. Samples on t shirts seems a bit costly if they don’t end up being bought. Should I embroider on them with no name? 🤷🏽♀️
@AngelaJasmina5 жыл бұрын
Hi! You can purchase cotton knit fabric from Joann's... it is very good material that is similar to t-shirts and saves you a lot of money its $11.99 a yard I can make about 8-10 sample designs!

Angela Jasmina thank you so much for responding to this!!! I have actually been doing this, but kept talking myself down about it thinking people would want to see the whole shirt folded out or something and stopped doing them. But I will keep at it!!! 🙂🙂🙂
