Thank you, I would have liked to see what the review looked like and where did you "toggle" for the cool?

Every kiln has a different controller. You can download the manual for your kiln on Skutt’s website (if you have a Skutt) and the instructions to toggle on the controlled cool is in there. It’s a simple instruction to do and once it’s on it stays on.

@@sharongalbraith8481 Thanks for the reply. I have a skutt 8-22 and I found the section you describe in the manual. I am a visual learner , mainly because if I see what I'm reading in a video, I feel more confident I'm getting it right. Thanks again for your time

You can always call Skutt tech support (if you’re unsure), they are terrific and will walk you through turning it on.
