I still feel like 200 is such a round number that something technical might be preventing him from going over. A line of code, an upper limit of the controller's physical button.... as I recall he used a DS controller to break it the 1st time. Which due to the button physically being slightly flatter meant it didn't have to be pushed down as far or spring back as far so you could shave a fraction of a second off. Plus the new technology is slightly more electronically responsive. I really think something technical was preventing him from going over 200. Some tech person should do look into it.
