hi, great video! im doing ecommerce fulltime doing more of trendy products, but I want a product more long term business whether its a problem solving product or a subscription model. The only thing is stopping me is knowing which ideas are great to go and test, and not only that, but how to validate that idea without spending months and lots of money. How do you quickly validate a product idea or subscccription business idea fast to know if there's market fit?

I'm glad you liked the video! When I first launched, I did a pre-order and didn't ship the first boxes until 3 months later. This helped me gauge demand and avoid over-ordering stock. Plus it gave me cash to actually buy the stock too. I also used Facebook Ads to drive traffic to my website since it's faster than organic growth. If you have multiple product ideas, check Google Trends to see how often people search for those keywords and compare their popularity. At the end of the day, you never know till you try! If it doesn't work, just got to move onto the next idea.

I have an idea right now for a subscription box, but I dont think you've talked about how to actually source all these different products from other brands and negotiating it. For example, something like Barkbox (they offer dog products + food in a subscription box), how am I supposed to approach brands and ask them to have their product in my subscription box and working out the profitability as well?
