I smoked for 5 years and when i came to europe I smoked like 2 packs a day because of different issues and anxieties and I started feeling my health deteriorating so one day I decided to quit and I quitted cold turkey now im smoke free since 2 months. You only need to survive first 3 days and thats it. Its really really easy to quit. I promise

I quit 6 months ago. Been a smoker for 5 years. 12-15 a day. I kind of know what you are going through but trust me its worth quitting. When i quit i was not even getting any high from them. I wish every smoker could feel what i felt 1.5 month after quitting. Its like your body and mind finally starts to work the way it should be.
