While I believe that certain products are very good for hair growth we cannot overlook the role that health and wellness plays for healthy hair and skin. Do you agree?

I’m so glad to have found your channel! It’s difficult to find KZbinrs with long, healthy 4C hair. This is a great reminder that a healthy diet is part of healthy hair-I have a juicer but rarely use it! I would love to see videos on your recipes🌟

I completely agree, with healthy eating pattern has a big role on your body entirely. If you got access to organic food it's the best Most important also it's drinking enough water.
@nothandondlovuraw73882 жыл бұрын
Yes indeed we must talk about that water sometimes, some places we do not have clean water but as a people we are comfortable to drink water straight from the tap

Thank you for taking the time to make this much requested video, very informative and relaxing :) I agree with the multifaceted approach to hair health, as healthy hair can only grow from a healthy body, right? And nature is abundant with beneficial goodies to help us, all we need is knowledge it seems. I learned recently about taking silica, collagen, MSM, resveratrol and saw palmetto internally to help with hair, nail and skin health. Thank you for your videos!

It's morning here in the UK and after worship with Father, you are the first Vid I have clicked on.. Since I discovered you last week I have been more determined to get the healthy air I desire tho in my mid 50s. I practise lots of healthy habits but not perfect like you. I was sharing with my friend about your vids too. I just feel it's in my reach that I can follow on. You are the best example here on KZbin so I need to subscribe now. I love, love your lifestyle and showing us how to ground etc... I am longing to move from London , not conducive to a healthy lifestyle; was supposed to be in your area years ago and it didn't work out..But indeed I need sunnier climate with a farm, which Father God is working out. God bless you and family. You make hard work look so attractive and easy.xx

Oh Sis, bless you and although I seems perfect here I do meet my own struggles but at some point when you start to see that doing more healthy living benefits than the not so healthy that really motivates. So I encourage you to pick one thing and do that consistently then keep on adding and find a way to include it as part of your routine so that it can become habit. Wishing you all the best for the farm move and yes indeed by God's grace all works together for good for those who are living in His perfect will

Finally a KZbinr with a doable African diet. I love Amaranth so much and glad that it's in season right now. Was shocked when a certain African KZbinr who stays in a landlocked African country recommended Salmon😅. Us who live in landlocked countries only eat Salmon once per year coz of availability and price issues 😅 I also have plenty of free range chickens in our backyard for eggs and meat. I wanted to do a fish pond but won't because I heard they attract mosquitoes. I wish I had your luxury of staying at a farm coz I enjoy the little farming that I do in my backyard. I heard that people make tea with black jack have you tried it out? I am hesitant to try it out. We also have pumpkin leaves in season. Do South Africans eat pumpkin leaves also? I know that Bots, Zim, Malawi and Zambia do
@nothandondlovuraw73882 жыл бұрын
Hi, there yes I make use of what I have available, actually what I was chopping there was a combination of amaranth and pumpkin leaves and cook them with the green pumpkin, I also do make blackjack tea, in one of the clips I the video with the 1 litre bottle that was tea I made with blackjack, rosemary, basil and other herbs, I did have a picture of the herbs on one of the pics. Some foods are very expensive especially locally and relying on them cannot be practical sometimes. I will be sharing the various ways I use what we have available. Thanks for watching 😘
