my brother was a radiant and coached radiants and he always advices to focus more on controlling the gameplay and learning how to play even with useless teammates instead of just trying to outaim / outskill when you have a disadvantage

I can't describe how malded plat matches got me in gold. I was g1 and the first I think 10 I played were wins where I was top or second top in the match, and I never got a double rankup I actually quit for a year but when I came back I climbed up to plat easily

I had to much hrs in val when i was at 2020, ive been a hardstuck silver from 2022 and took a break. Came back in 2024 and suprisingly Ive been fighting plats in gold. Its impressive for a man to just to get a fast rank on a small time. I guess some people are built different i guess ( the mahoraga of valorant )

Ooooh broo, same thing happened to me))) In E8:A1 I was Gold 1 in peek, E8:A2 Plat 1 and in E8:A3 my skill boosted to D3 with 27 rr left for Ascendant in peek( and now, in E9:A1 I'm finally Ascendant 1. But in took 250 hrs to get that. For more info, I have 2100+ hrs in CS and Faceit lvl 7. At first, Valorant's aim was so confusing and every gold outplayed me in 1v1, but now I'm used to this recoil and shooting style, so ig Immortal is close

you already had very good raw aim looking like a diamond in gold. probably has experience playing other shooters. It is just apparent given how much emphasis he based on getting kills that he might not be prioritising game objectives, such as map control, utility management, numbers/gun advantage, and even gunfight hygiene. Which further supports my point that he has experience playing other shooters and is just inexperienced in valorant. For any actual new players watching this, do not be discouraged, this guy just had a head start

yeah hes lying about a fuck ton of things in this video. checked his tracker and as an immortal player, a lot of things dont add up. 1.31KD first time in diamond with 16 hours of deathmatch in the span of 3 years? very believable. sure watching guides and pro vods give you knowledge but it doesnt give you the intuition and micro ability needed to perform in higher ranks and apply said knowledge to your matches. 60 fps is holding me back. I went to gaming cafes with 240fps, and i was able to hold angles better, microadjust after flicks better, and dodge flashes easier. The problem with 60 fps is the ghosting and how slow it responds. Playing on a higher fps makes it feel like readjusting my aim back to the opponent after a whiff easier

A little tip when it comes to val performance, if ur usually doin good and u do horrendous randomly, js remember that compared to CS, val has that "percise" gunplay where the bullet will randomly veer just enough from the crosshair that the shots go to . So don't get too down from a random bad game its bound to happen.
