I just don’t understand why people are obsessed with telling others to “lose weight” or to do this or that. It actually is sooo sad that we care to judge others and focus on that than improving ourselves and try to be happy. Remix you are the sweetest human and so nice and kind. Remi, there are some people who want everything to stay the same. They were used to overweight, happy go lucky Remi who was not threatening. When I started losing my weight, people would say, "I want the old Patti back." But I knew she was gone and I was working on the new and improved me. It was that some friends needed to feel superior to me, and others that just don't like change at all. The fact is, we should all be growing and changing for the better. AND, you have done a very difficult thing, change your entire life... literally. Unfortunately, you WILL out grow some of your friends. P.S. I had an Eli in my life when I was your age. We actually met in middle school, and we ended up going to prom together because we wanted to have FUN. And, just be ourselves. Best night ever!!! He is now married to his partner for many years now and living his BEST life!

Jammy Jammich Now that's a man who knows what he wants 😀 I have been married for 30 years. Due to a life threatening illness, I must take steroids everyday for the rest of my life. All of a sudden, my body shape changed before my eyes. My face is very round and I am carrying weight in my middle. The weight gain was overwhelming. I wasn't eating any more than I did before the medication. My husband is so sweet... and still tells me I'm beautiful. Life happens!

Rem I think it’s because back then your weight was the most obvious thing to talk and criticize you about. People weren’t focused on the little things because they were so focused on your weight, but now that you’re looking 100% better and healthier and actually is all around finding and believing and having more confidence in yourself, people are beginning to feel threatened and there’s no obvious thing to criticize about you. So the more hate you’ve been getting is on the little things that people are nit-picking on than the one weight probables which is no longer there. I’m proud of what you have accomplished and I am struggling myself with weight problems but it’s mostly internal the external hate that’s happening. Thanks for inspiring and spreading positivity 😊😊😊

Hey remi, I'm,loving these videos. I will admit, where I am in my life right sometimes it was hard to watch your videos cause ill admit, I was jealous of all the fun and adventures you always have. A big part is about my age and just life in,general. I just turned 35 and feel like I'm haven't accomplished much in my life. I know I have been blessed with somethings but still in the past 4 yrs, I've moved to a completely different state than my whole family. Gone thru an extremely hard program in school and turning 35 and still single after getting my heart broken,over and over again. Its hard but I'm doing the best I can.
