Wow!!! What a journey this interview was, incredibly inspiring. She touched a place within that was a lifeline, through the practice of Yoga. But she still had to make a choice every time to step onto the mat. So brave!! So bold! And Scott, your approach is once again, so soft and tender. 📿💜📿

I have met May Rita a couple times at Nøsen and she was always just a warm, lovely person. I never knew if she was part of the Back in the Ring program or not. What a privilege to hear her story and find out more about her as person. So much of what’s said resonates even if I’ve never had a drug addiction. I am blown away! You are an amazing person! ❤
