Thank you for your video, I am impressed by your honesty and touched by your strength of character. Also diagnosed with atypical anorexia, I have suffered it all my life without being aware of it. I can relate to the perfectionism and the wanting always to please and be there for other people except myself. Your advice on being kind to yourself is spot on and something I really need to work on. I would also add to not listen to what people say "You should just eat more", "you should try this or that diet", they do not understand eating disorders and, even if someone has had an eating disorder in the past I would say that every eating disorder is unique to the person. However, the way you explained how you went about it was really helpful and offered people like me the hope to carry on. I hope you read this comment even years after you published this video. Thank you.
