How I reduce excessive shedding | Relaxed hair wash day 💦

I'm sharing with you to reduce excessive shedding! We shed anywhere from 50-100 strands per day but I've been experiencing a little more than usual. The caffeine in Black Tea Rinses effectively slow down the rate of shedding and hair loss while promoting hair growth. Definitely try the wig cap, it will protect your hair from the wigs. I normally make a bit of a cut to the elastic of the stocking so that it’s not too tight or else it will thin out your hairline over time. Thanks for the vid 🌻♥️

You need to find the root of the problem. Diet? Not drinking enough water? Protein or moisture overload? Tight hairstyles? Find the cause so you can treat it y accordingly

Okay won’t lie and say it’s the growth oil only. I think it’s a combination of the oil, good scalp care, a solid routine and not doing tight hairstyles. Massaging with an oil does help. But it requires work

They said it could be the product switch. I just want to stick to treatments for a while hence I'm asking about mixing mizani with other products.

Unfortunately a product can’t do that. Trimming your hair and being consistent with your routine will help. Trimming your hair or getting a blunt cut helps it grow fuller
