The so-called "Burke Pulser" aka ray gun, includes two antennae, a piezoelectric generator, and a blast shield to save the user from "hazardous" levels of electricity. Unlike traditional energy weapons, such as lasers, the Burke Pulser is small and fits on top of an M4 rifle. It works by converting the energy released from the gun's firing into electrical energy.

my man remade call of duty zombies, even if just one map, remade all the features in them almost from scratch, improved on the features, added elements that the original game should've had long ago, all in just one week. but didn't release it even though i am willing to bet people would pay to get it, play it and would enjoy it even though it's not big or perfectly polished. there's a reason black ops 3 is my favorite COD for zombies because of all the great custom maps and this is the first video i watch of yours so i don't know if you do this already but i really wish you would make a map mod for BO3 and share it on the steam workshop which uses the same features you created here (such as the new looks for the powerups, buying perks multiple times etc.) but using the game's available assets.

It would make mine and a lot of other peoples day if you would take the time out of your day to Re-make Ultimate Spider Man.
