Finally Zelda graphics have caught up to the Wii U tech demo. I love this! Been wanting another Zelda in the TP style.

This is pretty cool, makes me want to give game design a try more than I already do. By the way, do you have an idea for a next project?

Really good video! Question tho.... Why not use the assets from the Wii U remaster instead of the GameCube version ?
@arcsinjesse Жыл бұрын
thanks! I'm pretty sure I did use the remastered assets most of the time where I could, but ultimately it was just up to what I has access to; the pipeline for getting assets from very old games is often very convoluted
@Korbloxiangames Жыл бұрын
The Wii u version is still 7 years old and they reused the assets but they just had better shading

GG man! Followed every video yo've done and man, you are a legend! By the way I wanted to ask (because you can be the only one to explain it to me) how can I import a Link skin/mesh in UE and do the gravity effect on the hat? Every try my character walk with a fugin' straight parallel x axes hat😂
@arcsinjesse Жыл бұрын
thanks for the support! if you want to have some gravity and physics on the hat you need to go into the mesh itself in unreal and paint the parts of it that you want to have physics enabled on, then if you have physics enabled on the mesh in your actor class you should see whatever part of your mesh you painted move in game (make sure to only paint the part of it you want to see move, if you paint all of it it will fall through the model)
