Treatment 1: One cucumber 🥒 Grate 1/3, drain the juice through a strainer One egg 🥚, add the egg white only, to the cucumber juice, stir. Treatment 2: Yoghurt, 2 tsp Milk 🥛 (you can use powdered milk), 2 tsp Vitamin E capsule, empty contents of one capsule into milk and yoghurt, mix. Almond oil, for after the treatments. Apply Treatment 1 (cucumber and egg white treatment) to both hands with a brush Wait for the treatment to dry completely, Rinse off in water. Now immediately apply second treatment (yoghurt, milk, oil) with brush, Wait 20 minutes Rinse off in water and pat dry. Apply the Almond oil to your hands to moisturize. Always apply oil on your hands to keep them moisturised. I’m going to try it...thank you.

I don't think any one can not see the benefits of coconut oil using every day to begin with when you have just wash your face or body tat yourself dry and use coconut oil and always let it dry in and after using this for a time going on how much you want to get your skin at the place you are happy with then once or twice a week is good I am really sorry I did not do it years ago my sister has used it for years she is 62 looks amazing
