It was crazy for me to listen to this story, Anthony is my cousin and growing up as kids I always knew he was around but never knew the extent of what he was going through, Of course growing older I knew about him being is prison etc but never knew a fraction of his story! So glad you come out the other end cuz and it's amazing hearing and seeing your new adventure on being a reformed character! Wish you all the best mate you deserve it 👏

It's heart-stopping when you realise that this man was taken into care as a child away from a supposedly unfit mother, but none of the sexual abuse he suffered happened while he was with his mother, it was while he was in the care of others. Babysitter, teacher, creepy guard. His mother, though imperfect, was probably the safest person in his life, but the system is incapable of nuance.

thank you Shaun for having guests on who live or survive in the real world that many of us are not aware of and it helps us to waken up to the crimes committed against humanity especially children which the scars of this stay forever, No wonder there are so many criminals as they are created through maniacs. I am so glad that Anthony found his feelings that he blocked away through the abuse. That victim who brought this out on him was his guardian angel I am sure.GOD BLESS HIM and you are better than them as you said and by living a better life for you and your family then you have won. Dont let these people destroy your inner power and your higher self as you owe it to yourself to rise above the scum as cream always floats to the top. well done you.

There's a fine line in all of this stuff. We are drawn in with the same fascination of surveying the scene in the aftermath of a car crash. This was a harrowing tale but we're heartened by the fact that the guy seems to have reformed and turned his life around. By focusing and being entertained by the darkness we see the light. Give Shaun his due, he is providing this stuff for us. But the man himself? I've come increasingly to watch these despite Shaun. I just don't believe his sincerity. He makes the empathetic noises, shock, how awful etc etc but I feel instinctively that he is fake. Sorry that's just my truth. At heart I don't think he really cares at all. It's a means to an end, money, fame, end of. Just another dodgy way to make a buck, just like the stock market. He's not an 'activist' that's a cynical joke. This is crime pornography, a guilty pleasure, not 'activism, journalism or any thing like that. Anyone feel the same?

I spent my schooling being pushed through the system because they couldn't handle me because they didn't know how to teach me and refused to except I was sevearly dyslexic, went from learning center to learning center, and it was a joke teachers shagging the pupils people never having to do work just walking out of lessons smoking weed sniffing coke getting drunk in class, worse part teachers excepted it, infact at one point I walked into the main office and the head mistress if that's what you could even call her was taking it from both ends by two different pupils. But we were tought to except that it was OK and that nothing was wrong I now know and understand this was all grooming and part of the plan.
