God bless this young man. Old enough to be my Grandson. I'm so proud of him. Well done to him and Petra. Glad he said he is a man of Faith and giving the glory where the glory is due. This Interview had everything - A Client / Business Man, willing to listen to an expert and receive guidance; A ma of Faith, who works incredibly hard and what I LOVE the most is his wonderful temperament. He must be so great with his Customers, and their Families - who must trust him implicitly. As a Local Authority Quality Assurance Manager myself (Adults / Elderly), and a former CQC Registered Manger in Domiciliary Care, I am so impressed with this amazing gentleman.
