That's good you can add olive oil in your relaxer before applying. It doesn't work as well for me if I add in the oil in the relaxer because it weakens my relaxer and doesn't give me the texture I want like it does when I don't add the oil in. Your hair looks super good.
@simplyzita2 жыл бұрын
You that try using relaxer that comes with the oil so that you know the exact amount of oil you are using. Or just dont add oils in you relaxer if you like your result without the oil better. Thank you and best of luck dear

Use the affirm 5 in 1 reconstructor after using the neutralizing shampoo, it removes all traces of the relaxer and also you don’t need to wash your hair like five times to get the relaxer out , but if you want to that’s ok .

Wow will definitely give that a try. Thank you♥️

The best wat to apply a retouch is with the help of some one else. Somebody can work on the back while you work on the hair you can see on the front. The overall processing time is better and you get even results.
@rayoshouse63723 жыл бұрын
This is very helpful for relaxed queens. I will definitely share with those that need this in my circle. I like how you sectioned it in twists before applying relaxer. This olive is a good brand with no lye. I used it before I finally transitioned.

This was a very lovely relaxer day video...I'm super impressed with your results..I also wanted to add that if you add an oil to your relaxer it will reduce the relaxer strength so most folks do that if they have really fine strands or are texlaxed ...I enjoyed watching your video and love your results.❤️

Hi butterfly if you use this exact brand it comes with an extra oil in the box so you don’t need to add more oil but if you buy another brand that does not have oil, maximum a table spoon of olive oil will do.

I've been getting my hair relaxed at salons for years, so do you think that relaxing my own hair from now on might cause me to have two different textures of hair?
@simplyzita3 жыл бұрын
Necessarily not if you know what you are doing. But honestly even when you know what you are doing , you can still end up with two texture😂. Try to time your process and be fast so that your hair all process at the same time. Good luck girl 💕 also if you think your stylist is doing a great job, why not continue with her.

The ends of my hair are thin and I can see through but looking up to my scalp, it's covered and isn't a see through. It's thick . So I'm thinking it's heated damage but I don't know what to do again
@simplyzita3 жыл бұрын
I feel you on this. I know its hard but the best solution to heat damage ends is to cut it. And depending on how long your hair is can make the whole process difficult and stressful. If its hard to cut your entire damage ends, try to trim gradually every three months and hopefully you will trim out the entire damaged ends.
