Im on my first week of a nj tube.i have the kangaroo joey pump as well. Its nice to know there are other people going threw the same process i am. And always good to see how others go threw out there daily functions connected to a tube. Lol. Thank you.

Hello Hanna I was wondering if the feeding tube pump would work with a vibedration or kandypack hydration backpacks? I have several packs for my infusions so I just put the tubing through where the bladder used to be basically. I use the 3 L for going out because it’s a lot more space and the two leaders for home use mostly.

I personally wasn't able to choose which formula but I'm sure if you bring it up to the doctors or dietician they'd work with you and find something! Awh thank you so much!!

I bought a Vera Bradley backpack and then my grandma sewed a clip at the top to hold my feed! I'm making a video about it soon!

Keep up the fight. I'm wondering how long they will wait, before they will put you on a permanent tube? I'm going to try out a a NJ soon. If it helps me, then we put the permanent on. If not I'm going to TPN. I wonder how long they will leave a the NJ in before they place the permanent Jtube.

Usually they're a short term thing but I've had a lot of complications and finally just got my permanent tube placed (over 2 years later). I did not have an NJ tube that entire time though, it was on and off over the years. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you, sending good thoughts your way 💗

@@SimplyHannah98 This is the 1st time I have had one. But it is only because I have left it until I have no choice. They will do a NJ tube 1st. My Stomach was helped by the GPoem, so it went through it quickly but my Intestines aren't working well. It took 175min to go through my Intestines. So it may not help me at all. I will have to get TPN.

i also have an NJ tube and you can’t really feel anything unless it’s cold, then it just kind feels like something cold is going in your nose and throat, i hope that makes sense lol, there’s not really another way to explain it😂

Taylor Starks with gastroparesis it’s not really the lack of hunger that’s the problem, it’s the fact that the body won’t digest the food after it has been eaten and when you eat there’s lots of pain, vomiting, etc after you have eaten.
