What a great way to use up scrap strips. I can cut squares and strips as soon as I have scraps. This way I can assemble blocks as I go and store them for later . Thanks for this great idea.

I sew 2 1/2” squares together for my start and Enders so before long you have enough to make a quilt block. This would be great idea to do also. Cute!

Love the simplicity of this! I enjoy sewing crumbs together, planning to make a bolt of crumb material for bags. I think this would be a great one to make a bolt of material with to cover to commercial bags...thanks for the inspiration!

@seweasybysandy I made a template for the strips and the squares, so all I have to do is cut long strips of the outside fabric then I use the template to cut them to size and I cut a lot of them while watching TV, then the next day I sew them all together.

Alot of your projects are very similar to other channels, this is by Terry Rowland . You also did rectangles which were very similar to stitch with rachel. I would love to see some of your original ideas as your videos are shot very well. Crediting the original creator in the first few minutes of the video is best along with information at the top of the description
