Nice one Simon I love that smoker I noticed it before it looks like it can get the job done. I like how you kept that fire to the one side ,I imagine that pit can get hot if needed. Nice looking chopped Pork sammi my wife would be over that, she a slaw and pork sammi person, I'm a no slaw but give me the BBQ sauce. TY

I also prefer my pork butts chopped. I think you can make more sandwiches out of them that way and It makes for a better bite. This port butt looked great bro!
