This year, take your knowledge and the Fam, and "take it on the road" by volunteering at a women's shelter or charity. There are so many single moms living in these shelters who need someone like you to show them how to manage their finances and thrive. You have a wonderful presence for speaking on this topic and have successfully proven that anyone can "rise like a phoenix" when you have enough determination.

We travel to see family for Thanksgiving and do Christmas with them while we’re there (so we can do Christmas at home). Last year instead of buying gifts we did a trip, and it was THE. BEST. THING. EVERRRR.

My home emergency fund is testing my tolerance - had to get a plumber last week for a leaking toilet (I say leak, I came out of the shower and the drip became a spray 💀), the bathroom light didn't work even after changing the bulb because the filament(?) inside was totally done, and my fridge is currently freezing anything I put in there sooooooo... if I can't get that repaired that's a new one needing bought. So glad I had it though but it hurts to spend it lol - even though that's what it's there for 😂🤦🏻♀ I need to start this cash stuffing business, because I'm watching all these videos like 'wow these folks make it seem a really good idea and really easy' but I had no idea how to really start, y'know? I usually do things digitally but it's so easy to miss something or forget something (or ignore something haha). Thanks for the friendly video :)

I just want to say I truly enjoy your videos. Also I have a request, can you do a video talking about business practices like why it’s a good idea for your business to pay you rent how you set up your back office process to make a successful business. I’m just getting started and would love to hear your input.

Hi. I really enjoy your channel. You're down to earth and practical. Your journey is here for us to see so we can know its possible. I love it. You're wonderful. You've come a long way. And I'm grateful for you. Hard to find a good therapist. Wish you the best. I gave up. I got a mom, a daughter, and a best friend for that. Idky I won't start another business. Guess I'm afraid. Never used to be. But I gave up my business cuz I took something personal. Idk what I was thinking. I want to sell something but I don't believe I'll have customers. Weird, isn't it? I think I worry too much.

Set the amount of money you want to spend on the kids. Then take half and get a savings account for each and the other half let them spend how they want. Make it a game and say whoever keeps the "cash" the longest get's and extra 50.00, something fun. Thanks for sharing with us as always!!

I have a state farm as well, and can agree they go up every single renewal and can never explain as to why? I don't file claims or get into accidents and I pay them early. But yet they raise my policy.

I think most places do it because people don't want the hassle of changing everything every year - they bank on our complacency.

@@_rainey I believe it because I hate having to look around for other vendors. So I stayed with State Farm for years, but this time I am going to look for some other company.

@@ThePrettypinklips I did that with my internet provider last year, I hate making phone calls when I'm out of contract to get a new deal so I just left it... and eventually it got to £62 a month (I think that's like $85) and I couldn't take it anymore 😂 Maybe I was PMSing or something lol but anyway I called and it's now £34 👌🏻A lot of people have their internet/TV/home phone as a package deal for about £100 but mine was only for internet so that was too much. Every little helps!

I know what you mean about State Farm! We had them for 15 years and just kept going up and couldn’t afford it anymore. We ended up going with progressive. It has been much cheaper with more coverage! But every one is gonna be different depending on your needs,area, etc. but I would take the time to find a cheaper company. Maybe once lots of people leave their egos will come down and be reasonable again lol. Have a good day 🌸

Question? I’m paid bi weekly and want to know if I’m doing this correctly (budgeting)I splint my bills in 1/2 with paycheck 1 I let what needs to drafted stay in the bank right? But after doing all that with check 1 do I still take what’s left and put money away for the my send set of bills that I split or do I pay that wit check 2 I’m a lil confused 🤔 please help
@Chloe299XxX2 ай бұрын
I find it easier to break it into week by week. So write down what bills are due when. And you'll know what pay time will cover those. So leave the money in your account for those. Then any leftover. You can keep for other bills or save etc. Then the second pay should cover next bills hope this makes sense
