I’m from Hawaii and my husband is from Illinois and we got married in Hawaii and lived there for four years together as a couple. He always says Hawaii is his home. He said I’ve always felt like I’ve never belong until I’ve lived in Hawaii and the island embraced me. It seems like the island embraced you too and you’ll always have Hawaii at the back of your mind and in your heart. It’s the island life, the people, the food, the ocean, the energy…it’s just so different. I hope you get to visit or live in Hawaii again.

I came to hawaii for school not really knowing anyone either but the bonds I’ve made are so amazing and I just left not knowing when I’ll be back I was SO SAD. literally sobbing at the airport lol

I am always sad when I leave Hawaii. That is why I started watching Izzy's videos because I miss Hawaii. Once you have been on the island long enough and you embrace the people and the way of life it becomes part of your soul. I have family in Honolulu and I can't wait to return. I know Izzy will return one day because Hawaii is now in her soul.
