Here in uk we make tuna sandwich straight from the tin without cooking. Just drain the water or brine, mix mayo and black pepper powder in tuna and fill it in the sandwich with lettuce. Hope you try this next time. Sometimes if you like you can add sweet corn(can) also in tuna.
