I picked some really good measures say, weekly meetings with the workers and offering them part of the wealth after a specific period hence enabling them get some sense of belonging 👌🏿👌🏿

How much was the investment in whole water system please?

The whole system cost me about $9,600, but that is on the high side because my land is very dry, and I started working on it during the dry season which made it even more difficult and expensive. But I know people who spent way less than that. I Started by digging the well by hand but couldn't reach the water so I had to bring in machinery. So really my cost is not a good example to base off of. But what I know is that it's worth every penny.
