HI I love your videos- I have had retail stores for years and I thought I would mention the RETAILER pays the freight not the supplier - if retailers are telling you that is not how it goes phone a big company ( does not have to be soap ) and say if I do an order who pays freight I will be they say the retailer - in the US and Canada we, as retailers, always pay the freight - you do such a wonderful job I was just worried you were paying freight when you shouldnt be - keep up the great work!

Thank you. Yes you are right of course. Like everyone I’m learning all the time . Thank you for letting me know that as some platforms ask that the wholesaler pays freight and then they charge less commission or so on but I agree and you are so right

Hi there. Sure I will look into it. I don’t use any book keeping system really. I put all my receipts, batch numbers and so on in an excel form and then I add totals up and prepare pdfs for my accounts. Hope this makes sense

Hi There and welcome. You can use body creams, bath bombs, and lotions straight away but soap you need to wait 4-6 weeks and so on. I hope that helps you. Bath bombs will be ok in 24 hours once they are a little hard
