Joy Michelle Photography a good book ive come across that has pretty awesone stuff that uses examples through out is called Jab jab jab right hook. gives a good road map on how to use all the different current social platforms with real life examples. id suggest hitting a bookstore if they have ut skimming through it and if it's what you need you could order it online if necessary. hope that helps.

Hi Kim! :) I'm Dustin! Thank you so much for all your content, and tips. I just watched several hours of your videos today on how to become successful at internet marketing, and building a brand for ones self on Facebook. I'm a newbie in marketing when it comes to Facebook, ( I do have some experience, but it ended in failure but that's good because it means I'm learning :-) and I've tried using KZbin in the past with ad words and ended up just costing me money with no results in failing as well, probably because I don't know what I'm doing lol I am at the point where I'm trying to just be a sponge and learn something new each and every day. I like what you said which really struck a-cord in my heart when you said "not to quit your day job so fast that has benefits and perks just to take on a new job with internet marketing if you haven't really found your groove yet sort of speak." As much as I would love to quit my day job I also Have to think logically for now at least until I can move from something good like they to something great which I definitely agree with:-) I've tried to create a Facebook fan page in the past but it didn't really work out but am going to try again using your insight. I feel it is really important to surround myself with mentors or experts in the field to learn from them first before just winging it out there from past failures. Recently I've been learning and creating my own sales funnel and trying to build adds for it with how to videos from other leaders out there. Ariel Hemingway Great question, Ariel. I don't regret not changing my major. I love nutrition and have been able to implement everything I learned in my entrepreneurial journey. Owning a business is really challenging and thanks to what I learned in school my hubby and I know how to fuel our bodies correctly. However, I did take as many business classes as I could. My major actually required them as part of the curriculum and that helped me lay a solid foundation for my business. Hope this helps!

Hi, Wow! You had a quite fairytale story, I work for one of the major social media platforms you can think of it, can't mention the name here. Anyways, I am planning on moving slowly to my own business, but not every boss will be like your boss. ha! My boss be my client, hahaha! They will fire me instead lol. Today people need to get free clients in exchange for value, trust, and experience. PRO BONO as you said! So on the point. It is a lot to learn, absorb and implement but takes time. EMSagahon random helpful tip. think of the end user/ who you want to market to. will your customer be largely Spanish speaking or English speaking. Then when you get some balance there switch to the other market hope this helps! Have a great week

Hi Kim, I'm new to your channel and this is the first video of yours that I've seen. I just wanted to let you know that this video is the most informative and inspirational video on the topic that I've found thus far. As a sophomore in college I too began on the path dietetics, but quickly realized that my passion for media and writing is greater than my passion for nutrition and switched my major to Communications in Broadcast & Digital Media. I started my own blog in January just to test the waters and see if I can handle such a task, but it's hardly grown for the last seven months. Thank you for this. I plan to give my job their two weeks notice Friday and I am so scared. It is the highest paying job I have ever had, but it is holding me back. Hey Mac, I can definitely relate. So glad you are pursuing your own thing and putting the pieces in place! Glad you already have had a paid client so you are validating your business model. This is just coming from my experience but I would STRONGLY suggest you work hard to get a few clients on the side while you work your 9-5. Going from having a paycheck to not having that safety net when you have a family is a financial risk that will put loads of pressure on you, your relationship and it won't allow you to show up in the world in the way you are meant to. Even if you don't love your current job, hang on to until you at least have your basic expenses covered. :)

The money is decent, but when you wake up Sunday morning and immediately start crying because you dread going in on Monday, it’s time to make a change! Azucena Ferreira Gracias! Es muy diferente trabajar para uno mismo que para otros. Creo que el sentido de propiedad que recibes trabajando para tu propio futuro es sin igual. Aún hoy día puedo trabajar 14 horas sin darme cuenta porque amo mi negocio y lo que estamos logrando. En resumen, la satisfacción que recibes y la libertad de crear nuevas iniciativas a tu modo y de forma diferente da una satisfacción y sentido de propósito superior.

Hi Kim! I have a bit of an odd question. I'm a novice in the marketing world and I have a rather difficult task. I have recently taken over the Marketing Team for an organization. We do not have a tangible product, nor are we attempting to make a profit. We are an international group of (essentially) theater nerds. What my goal is, is to get our name and brand out further in the hopes of acquiring more members. Its difficult to come up with a strategy that isn't based around selling and earning. Our organization doesn't even charge for membership. That being said I have a limited budget to work with, so when I do place ads I'd like them to do the most good. Do you have any suggestions for where I could get more information in this type of Marketing, or do you have any suggestions of your own? Side note: I adore your videos, I don't often say that about Marketing videos. Yours are fun and engaging, and I thank you for donating your experience and time to the world.

Holly Race hey! think networking in social media. find the digital hubs of similar interesr within your area. interact with as many as you can. create personal relationships with them. if they have events that would interest your groups share them on your hubs while making direct mention of them so they see it. then ask for possible mentions within their groups. everything that works as offline networking and turn it to online networking. this helps keep cost low because it just cost time anf effort. NOW with a smalll budget, you could use facebook ads. tip 1. have a facebook page tip 2. keep budget as low as 5$ a day tip 3. set your audience to people within your area. if u would want i could send you some KZbin vids that do walkthroughs on FB ads. send me your guys social handles too ill give you a follow!! hope this helps have a great week😊😊
