Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, all social media is. I unfortunately can't entirely ditch it because the tentacles of social media are so entwined that I have to rely on it for updates from work and family because nobody thinks to call or text me.

Ashish Bhaiya you are the best. I used to wake up early but just like someone gave you the logic of 4hr sleep I also got a similar advice Of sleeping from 1 am to 5 am ,I did that 1-2 week when I was in middle school but it didn't work out , but what I did get good was the habit of sleeping 6hrs. Now I wake up at 6 I just want to shift it to 5 , Will come back here in 5 days and tell you .

Wish i saw this video earlier . I was one of those who claimed to be a night owl but as i am preparing for IIT i realised I really need to be productive so i started this 11-5 on my own . My main problem is that even when i wake up at 5 i feel very sleepy and don't really get that much work done for an hour .

Thank you so much for this video... Actually i was trying to wake up early for 2-3 months but I'm incapable of doing that...I have tried many times but I never succeed...but after watching ur video it gives me motivation again to wake up early and invest some time in exercise...so I am going to do it by hook or crook...today is 21 july and from tomorrow I'm going to start my journey of waking up early, doing exercise and healthy eating till 31st December....I have tried of doing this many time earlier but every time I failed but this I'm gonna do this surely...I'm taking it as a challenge and I will accomplish it hopefully... So on 1st Jan I will come and will share that if i have done that or not...did I succeed or not or failed again...I will share my experience on 1st Jan 2025.... Today-21st july 2024 Challenge start from 22nd july 2024 Will come and write on this comment again on 1st jan 2025.... I hope i can do this...and i dont give up 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Hey Ashish...I had followed your steps where you explained how to wake up early. I even used those apps that wake you up no matter what. But there's one problem I'm still facing...even tho i wake up, exercise, take bath....I never get the same amount of focus and awareness that I used to get at night. I know it will give me better results in the long run...that's why i have stuck to it...but just wanted to know if you faced it too, and how can i overcome it? Thanks a lot!!
