Thank you. This video was actually really helpful. I am a very passionate person (two extremes-where I either feel really excited or unmotivated), and I find that when everything around me seems boring or uninspired, I don't know how to keep going. You are spot on! I don't think anyone wants to do what they dislike doing, so any form of an outlet, whether It's art, writing, sports, music...etc., is extremely beneficial.

one thing that inspires me is just leaving places better than you found them, and a trip that I take every year is to go camping which for me is challenging sometimes but I love it, and there is nothing that really helps to reconnect and inspire me tk be confident like nature does

All of these videos help me so much. You're inspiring without even trying to be. Making lists has really helped me as well. I'm a music major, and I think I need to get out and see more performances. It's cool to focus on what I'm rehearsing, but I can also grow from seeing other musicians doing what they love.

Loved this video, Evelina! I think a lot of people have this same problem with feeling unmotivated at the beginning of the year, including me. With the talk of New Years resolutions, it seems inspiring and motivating at first, but let's be real, they fail most of the time, usually within a few weeks. I think with the spring weather ahead of us (for those who live in the northern hemisphere), it will give us all a fresh new start! :)

Loved the video!! I am also at design school and i know it gets reaally frustrating when you need that extra something to just spice up your work and say wow this is the real shit! I am in constant seek of inspiration, sometimes listening to music helps or even asking my friends what inspires them but i just keep in mind to do my best in each aspect of life not just uni stuff but also being the best version of myself everyday :)

Great advice thanks. I love photography and lately I'm just not feeling inspired or motivated and I feel the pictures I take aren't good and I get frustrated. To deal with this i decided to upgrade my camera and how I edit and where I take pictures and now I'm starting to feel motivated again :)

Something that helped me in the past when I felt like I hated myself was that I wrote two lists one of things I hated about myself and one of things I liked about myself and kept building on them over a week but trying to keep the same amount on each list then after a week I threw out the negative list and kept building the positive list this helped me really understand who I am and where my strengths are. If anyone tries this and it works for them i would love to hear about it.
