Unfortunately it seems that they gear their business towards facility outfitting or those who fit their preferred profile (celebs and outdoorsman). I've had several issues with communication and timelines as well.

Make that LARGE facilities. Several schools had to look elsewhere after encountering similar problems. I pointed one such school in a different direction after the AD had issues with them. I've heard from someone there that Sorinex has a military contract ($63.4 million) to sell their overpriced & shitty trap bars, so missing out on a 6 figure, much less a 4 or 5 figure, opportunity with a facility or individual means nothing to them. For the record, the school is much happier with their new provider.

Had the exact same experience in gathering more information and placing an order with Sorinex. If the customer service is poor in taking my money, you can assure they will be even worse with shipping, parts, etc. Sorry to hear about your experience, but appreciate you sharing.

I think you should run the logistics department for Sorinex. 😂. Great video. Keeping companies accountable is one of my best things about KZbin. During 2020, I had a problem with bumper plate getting lost in shipping, Sorinex fixed the issue right way. They problem we live in 2024 that a lot business are disappointing customers.

Wow tough experience. I'm impressed you remained so composed through all the interactions. I guess Sorinex really could care less about home gym owners. That said great content. I personally have the Ares 1.0 and love it. I wonder if Rep's new Hyperion series design is an option for the style of rack you have.

People take companies like Rep, rogue and Fringe Sports for granted but their customer service are leaps and bounds above Sorinex and the like.

I’ve had great customer experience with those brands; especially REP. Only way customers and consumers can communicate is with their wallets… (or a KZbin video like this). 😂🤪

Yeah companies like prime and sorinex really focus on commercial use. Which is a shame because they don't realize how much business they lose to companies like rogue and prime.
