weigh the pros and cons of being relaxed or natural and decide what you want to do with your hair! doing our hair shouldn't be a struggle, natural or relaxed- there is also the option of heat training or being a straight haired natural. decide whats best for you! i hope whatever you are going through you will feel better!

Yes rita girl i am a wild sleeper whenever i can get sleep but i been wrapping my hair this direction for the past 3 relaxers (3 years or so) so its formed to going that direction! I need to switch it up
