i have bleached hair and curling definitely works best for styling it last for days and doesn't mkae it look frizzy unlike straightening

When I had damaged hair (lots of rainbow color switching going on), my hair was actually more manageable. It didn´t need high temperatures, long-ass time or waiting for 2 days after washing. My normal healthy hair needs a lot of heat to even accept a curl or to straighten up, it needs to be oilier (3rd and 4th day ideally), high temperatures and lots of time, even tho it´s not long, it´s just thick. I do use heat protection spray like crazy every time I heat style (so like, twice a month, thrice if really needed), that´s been an automatic thing forever.

@@siennat744 mine too! I literally have dead hair it can barely move after bleaching and dying it 6times in a week. So I curl it with my straightener and boom no shower for 3 days and cute curly hair that doesn't budge! 😂👍but after that I buy a $1 hair mask from Walmart and those help omg.

To be honest, I used to let my hair air dry because I didn’t want to cause more damaged to my hair (been dyeing my hair all type of colours for the past 3 years). For some reason my hair appeared more damaged when I let it air dry than when I blow dried it. A few weeks ago I stumbled onto some interesting facts: wet hair is like nails that have been weakened by water, very very fragile. It’s important to dry your hair instead of letting it dry by itself so you can prevent even more damage (mostly when it’s bleached hair). Your hair is stronger when it’s dry than when it’s wet so put that cold setting on & dry yo hurrr. And be generous with leave in conditioner & heat protectant! :)

I blow dry only when I´m getting my hair done (one in 1,5 months). I started drying my hair with 100% cotton shirts instead of towels and it made wonders. The frizzy short pieces suddenly disappeared and I could rub it all I wanted without it breaking off. So that´s another option that also reduces frizz.

You can use a blow dryer no problem lol just use a barrel or round brush. Boar bristle is good for damaged hair typically. Blow drying with a round brush and having the heat blow across the top layer of your section helps seal the cuticle. Blow drying directly onto your hair will burn it. Use heat protectant/leave in always!!! This will help not only your style but the damage more, if you leave the cuticle open/raised it can endure environmental abuse or other factors.

You should try Arctic Fox dye. It's pigmented conditioner with tons of colors. It will help your hair heal, and you can keep playing with color. 🖤🌈🖤

As a hairstylist .. this video is very triggering .. just a bit of misinformation. This tips are probably only for women with straight hair because anyone with ethnic or curl hair would need to blow dry their hair before curling 🤷🏾‍♂️
