In today's video, I talk about how I take digital notes in college. I use my7th generation iPad and first-generation Apple Pencil, along with the Notability App and Google Suite. I show the cool features of Notability as well as the multitasking features of the iPad OS that allows easy notetaking and a nice workspace.

I personally type my notes because my handwriting is terrible in both electronically and paper based. I can personally type my notes while looking on the lecture slides cause somehow I memorized the letters on the keyboard from playing social games during my childhood. I remember when someone saw me I'm typing so fast and they were handwriting their notes and they told me after lecture and they were like "damn girl I never saw someone type so fast!"

hey! your notes are very organized and put together! thank you for the time and dedication you’ve put into your videos. i have a couple of questions. could you please make a video on taking notes? how do you take notes in a classroom, especially with a teacher that teaches at a faster paste? do you organize your notes after class or during? as for color coordinate, do you color coordinate while taking the notes or after taking the notes? lastly, do you often use the voice recording to go back and correct your notes? again, thank you ❤️

when taking notes in class do you edit (make your notes cute ) and add the pictures while in the class or later when studying. If so, how long does it take?

A little bit of both! My class notes are usually pretty basic, but my chapter notes and other things I do outside of class are more detailed with little drawings and different fonts and stuff :) It takes longer to do, not sure of a specific amount of time.

Just saying I recommend a pencil grip because the first gen is slippery and it would feel better with a Apple Pencil grip or sleeve

honestly an ipad and I would just get a keyboard to supplement it. it’s cheaper, lighter/smaller, and can do almost everything a macbook can do. However, I will say sometimes a laptop just feels better to work on. I guess it just depends on your preferences.

What do you think of the Apple Pencil? Does it feel normal writing on the screen?

yes! i really like the apple pencil, it writes really smoothly. It feels normal because the iPad can sense the difference between your palm and the stylus so you can rest your hand on the screen and write as you would with a sheet of paper.

nazjaa yeah but on your iPad ? Cuz a lot of ppl saying that taking note on the iPad without a paper like glass is just glossy

@@MonicaB2 hi! Dunno if you still wondering I had paper like glass on my pro but didn't find it made much of a difference to the whole experience when making notes, save your coin unless you find the transition super hard from paper to computer
