@@allaboutmca We can do this with ipad and mac by using quicktime player record option, and then you can share the ipad screen on the monitor if the monitor is connected to your mac. But I do not know how to do it with windows.

KZbin with goodnotes => you are wasting lots of screen real-estate. Better way to do this is, with using picture in picture mode. When u open youTube video in full screen, u will get option of picture in picture in top left corner beside close icon. Once u enter your video in picture in picture you will be able to float the video on any corner of ur screen and use goodnotes to make notes. On double click the video in picture in picture mode, you can also have picture in picture in large size which will keep on floating above goodnotes app.
