I would suggest to use normal shampoo with massage techniques..nala blood flow kaga scalp massage panitu then unga hair ku etha shampoo and conditioner use Pani weekly oiling, Daily hair serum potu vanthale hair sema ah maridum Trust me ,its working for me . daily oru 15 mins hair ku spend panale pothum❤
