I just love your shape ❤️ I feel like no one else has it. I don’t let other people touch my hair either. I’ve been cutting my own hair since I was relaxed. Now I coil and cut my natural hair. Practice makes perfect. I have zero patience for tangles and knots. I trim/dust every 3 months and that’s pushing it for me. I just love working with fresh, blunt ends and it really helps with my length retention.

Ah. I had been waiting patiently for this video. You did a great job. I trim my hair the same way, in sections. It's great method in case you get tired. The last time I trimmed, I got tired after trimming one side, went to bed, then finished trimming my hair in the morning. 😂 You have a lot of pretty hair. That trim must have felt as good as it looked. I didn't trust a salon either. Keep the videos coming whenever you can make time. They are worth the wait.

Ratings to you! You did a proper cut/trim and really cut off the dry ends. I get so frustrated when youtubers on here say their trimming their hair and don't even cut off the bad ends, they literally take off a wisp length of hair because they dont want to lose length when they actually need to cut atleast an inch off, so annoying! Your hair looks great and your hair grows fast so it will be back to its previous length in no time :o)

Your hair is beautiful! It looks really healthy with the trim and looks even fuller! I just did a big chop (8inches) because of raggedy neglected ends. I haven’t had a relaxer in over 8 years but still had so much damage from using a blow dryer and curling iron. I don’t miss all of that damage whatsoever! Hopefully it will grow back healthy now that I don’t use heat anymore. Next time I cut or trim my hair I’ll try your technique. Thanks so much for sharing.

Yeah I just went to a stylish at 1.6 months natural with my fingers crossed earlier this month and it was the worst experience I have ever had. He didn't trim it he cut off about four of my 10 inches. I got a whole hair cut and a few bald spots along the hairline. My scalp was hurting for a week n a half. Cut your own hair. He lied and said he knew how to do natural hair, smh

I have struggled with thin edges for a while as well from tight canerow styles from when I was a child that caused them to fall out. BUT, then I discovered Curlyproverbz and she introduced the benefits of Ayurvedic herbs and using them as tea rinses and infusing them with oils. Some were said to help alopecia so I decided to give it a go and my hair started growing! I suggest that you give it try. Use ashwaganda and Bhringraj powder in particular

No once a week would make my hair hella dry and cause breakage
@anyn73395 жыл бұрын
@@disisreyrey if you do an oil treatment before you wash your hair. It wont be dry. When shampoo....shampoo scalp only. When rise hair rest of hair gets wash but wont dry out the end. Then you put a conditioner or hair mask. I oil my hair weekly and wash. I just recently cut my hair short just below my shoulders. I had loooong hair and that was and still is my routine. My hair is straight but I think it should be the same for curly girl hair too👌🏾. Your hair would've been by your butt by now if u did this. Plus after you do oil treatment You do head massage....stimulates hair growth....gets blood flowing... Your hair wont dry out...trust me.
@dionjeremy17115 жыл бұрын
@@anyn7339 you can wash your hair without shampoo lol. I wash my hair with shampoo every 2 weeks and co wash every 2 - 3 days since I'm active. But straight hair is a different world from curly hair. Oiling my scalp would just make it itchy lol. For future reference keep your hair advise with your same texture only.
@anyn73395 жыл бұрын
properties you do get indians with curly hair. I have friends with curly hair. They have long hair and do same hair treatments I do. Oil doesnt make our scalps itchy.....you only leaving it on for a few hours and wash it off👀. Bottom line a clean scalp allows your hair to grow. Dirty oily scalp will itch
@brandabranda72484 жыл бұрын
@@anyn7339 I'm pretty sure she knows her hair better than you do. You have to have the God complex of the lord himself to think you know what's best for her despite never being in her bathroom to help care for her hair. That advice isn't a one size fits all.
