Where are you flying from. I used to have a 65hp champ,, great plane but your 90hp must be a lot of fun. I am familiar with The NorthStar and I am flying out of Midland airport in Ontario??

@@Merlin-pm4vm Oro usually. Private field. I'm often over Waubashene, Midland way. Giants Tomb is always good if the ice comes in thick for skis. I had a friend with a hangar at Midland, A36 Bonanza and then a Czech Light sport cruiser.

What is the purpose of the boot cowl panels removal?

Great question, the bottom two float mount bolts will not come out with the boot cowl in place. Certainly room for cowl improvement there.
