Bugs for bugs, purchased predatory mites from them a few times and had some simple questions for them, and wow, couldn’t answer my questions let alone reply to any emails… wouldn’t recommend them unfortunately

@@DrGreenthumbs-onlinestore yeah it’s a bummer as I prefer the organic route over synthetic for pest management.. dw I realise phones still work, nice dig tho haha, but it is good to have emails to go back to for future reference to jog the memory..
